At Geogenix, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible.

Return Eligibility

Accepted Returns:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products with intact seals
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used products (for safety and health reasons)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30-day window

Important Return Instructions:

  • Include your order number in the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend insuring your return shipment

Refund Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact us through our Contact Us page or email support@geogenix.health
  2. Ship Product: Send unopened product to the address above
  3. Inspection: We inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt
  4. Refund Issued: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

Note: Your refund will appear on your bank statement from “GEOGENIX” or “GEOGENIX HEALTH”

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@geogenix.health
  • Provide photos of the damaged item
  • We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Wrong Item Received

If we shipped the wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will provide a prepaid return label
  • Replacement will be shipped immediately upon confirmation

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, if the order has been processed or shipped, standard return policies apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
